Jenssenn F. Leuterio is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DOMO Property Investments. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day oversight of the entire business performance and overall success.
With years of professional experience combined in the financial industry in sectors such as Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Management in the United States and International, Jenssenn has proven himself with great success in managing and maintaining client’s relationship both on business and personal level. He has a strong background in global markets, commercial real estate and corporate investments, skills acquired during his professional years with Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to co-founding DOMO Property Investments, he began his financial career in 2002 as a Portfolio Manager under a Private Client Group Management company focused on fixed-income securities. Soon after, in 2004, he held various management positions in the Global Wealth Management Group at Citigroup/Citibank, N.A. in New York City with responsibilities that include new business acquisitions (foreign and domestic) and client retention. During his time with Citigroup, he acquired multiple General Securities licenses administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority / FINRA (formerly NASD). A General Securities Representative that qualify the individual for registration with all self-regulatory organizations to trade corporate stocks, bonds, real estate investment trusts and other types of corporate securities.
In pursuit of international financial career experience, in 2013, he joined Morgan Stanley’s EMEA Global Stock Plan Services based in Barcelona, Spain managing global employee share purchase plans for both public and privately held companies.
Having an international educational background and professional job exposure, he had the opportunity to experience other cultures and learn new languages. As a New Yorker, aside from his native English & Tagalog, he also speaks Spanish/Castellano and Catalan as a working progress.
In 2002, Jenssenn graduated with a BBA degree in Economics/Finance at the City University of New York. He earned an accredited International Language Certificate (Spanish) at the University of Barcelona in 2011. As a registered member of the Association of Real Estate Professional Agents / Agentes Profesionales Inmobiliarios (API - No. 2348) and the Association of Real Estate Judicial Experts / Asociación de Peritos Judiciales Inmobiliarios (APJI - No. 2096), Jenssenn is also certified Real Estate Agent in Spain.
Co-Founder / Lawyer
Antonia Rocha González is the Co-Founder of DOMO Property Investments.
Aside from co-managing DOMO Property Investments, Antonia actively practices law and a reputable Lawyer in Spain since 2005 (member 31.264 of Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona). She’s currently the Managing Director/Partner of the Barcelona office “MONTERO, ROCHA & Asociados Abogados”, a respectable Law Firm established in 2011.
With years of broad range professional experience in both national and international, she started her legal career as an intern at 22@ Office in Barcelona (affiliated to the City Hall of Barcelona) providing legal assistance in Urban Planning and Public Law. In 2005, her career got a significant boost by working for renowned firms in Barcelona such as Sorroca & Serrano and Garrigues Abogados y Asesores Tributarios in the Public Law Department for 5 years. Moreover, Antonia combined her professional activity and teaching collaboration with Barcelona Activa together with media participation on Radio Euskadi (EiTB) and Badalona Television by sharing professional advice/opinions regarding current legal matters.
In 2010, she assumed an International position with ACC1Ó / Catalonia Trade and Investments (Catalan Government affiliated) in New York City as an In-House Consultant on International Commerce for private companies and public institutions.
As an active member of the Bar Association of Barcelona, Antonia has been appointed as a member of the prestigious group of Comisión de Derecho Penal Internacional de l’Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona in 2017. An association of a selected group of Lawyers in Spain focused on International Penal Justice for Human Rights.
Antonia earned a Law degree at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain in 2004. On that same year, she pursued an International Legal Studies at Université d’Orléans in France. Other Postgraduate studies include specializations in Legal Practice / Civil and Public Law (Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona), Expropriation Law (Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona) and Urban Planning (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). In 2013, she acquired a Certification in Penal Procedure issued by the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona. She is also a certified API - Agentes de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria in Spain.
Aside from her native Spanish and Catalan, Antonia also speaks English and French fluently.
